I have $10k saved. I really want to get into real estate. Ideally I would love to purchase a multi family property and go from there but I’m not having much luck with the amount I have saved for the project. Where should I start? Or should I just continue to save until I reach about $70-$80k?

I’ve analyzed 13 properties and this one seems to fit my needs the best. I double checked the numbers and re analyzed the numbers and it just seems too good to be true. I have no current investments, this would be my 1st so I’m just wondering if you all would take a look at my analysis and see if i need to update anything or if it’s truly a good deal. From pictures posted, the property looks decent and doesn’t appear to need major rehab. I appreciate you taking the time out to assist.
