i am a newbie in RE investing and i choose to be a wholesaler because this one of the quickest way to earn quick cash in the world of real estate considering my present condition now, broke with a terrible credit. What is the steps that i supposed to do first? Is no money, does it really matter? Already read some here in the forum but need some new insight in these present economy. Thank you
