Great post, I'm new to all this and really appreciate the detail to help us newbies understand. Im actually going to see a duplex and fourplex in my area this weekend that have been on Zillow for a while. Is there any other sites I could find some on? Also, I'm considering getting with a real estate broker to assist with finding more potential deals. I'd appreciate any advise or leads. Thanks, Will

I am also in a similar situation. I'm just starting out in REI and I plan on doing a little flipping and renting. I planned on separating them into two entities.
Great work! Hope you continue to have success!

My name is Will. I'm new to the real estate business, so I'm here to try and learn as much as I possibly can. I plan to become an investor within the next few months. I've worked really hard on saving start up money, and I am dedicated to becoming successful in this field. Any advise or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
