Not yet. I'm actually looking for help in funding CRE projects that I'm working on. Not sure how to find passive investors or down payment funding for these kinds of deals ($20M is the total project range, or about $5M investment level).

You have an excellent service here. Very well done and informative. I wish I had found this place 5 years ago!

Hello, my name is Duane Owens and I'm a CRE newbie. I have been in the high-tech industry for over 30 years, most recently as a CTO for a cloud service company serving needs of law enforcement. A friend of mine owns a CRE design/build firm and asked if I could come aboard to help with a number of development deals in the aviation and energy sectors. I've had quite a bit of business finance and working with investors in my previous field but, am new to CRE funding (anxious to learn).

I also own a patent related to music technology that I hope to launch with the profits in my new venture in CRE.

Looks like a great site!
