Thanks you for the welcome.  Know that I am taking your advice in reading all the ultimate guides, and will start listening to the podcasts.  P.S.  My mother lives in Lancaster & I will be there Oct. 13 - 18 to visit.  Good luck with all your efforts and let's stay in touch.

I am in N. Central Minnesota and am studying with the goal of buying properties to rehab & rent or flip.  I am not looking for gimmicks and this seems like the place to engage real people with the smarts to actually work hard enough to do this.  I hope to be ready by the time I relocate back to Central Ohio next year.
