@Mark Gliebe I'm always looking. Have considered moving on from here and keeping this property to another live-in flip or hold, but it's hard to leave when I'm getting my mortgage paid for, and I still am trying to save and complete some kitchen / bathroom renovations. Also, I was a bit less educated on the rules of thumb for real estate investing when I bought this home, so I don't quite hit the 1% rule, although I do think I'd be cash-flow positive.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Small condo with positive cashflow

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I bought this condo for my wife and I; when I moved, I kept it as a rental
