Hello. It's likely I will be completing a seller-financed sale soon (I am the seller). I don't really desire to hang on to the note.

Where's a good place to sell this note? How would I estimate would someone would buy the note for? Would something like 85% of present value (PV) be realistic? Assume a 700 credit score for the borrower.

Just like the title says, I'm looking for a referral of a good RE attorney in Phoenix,AZ. I am buying properties through a direct mail campaign and need the attorney to provide purchase contracts and advise as necessary.
