I'm very new to real estate investing and I'm really trying to explore all my options. I've heard from several different sources that turnkey providers are great resources for investors who don't have a lot of time but want to get into real estate. And to clarify "turnkey"...I'm referring to someone that will sell and manage the property after the fact. With that said, does anyone have any suggestions/referrals? I'm located in Ohio but would be open to a variety of different markets. Thanks for your help!

I'm very new to real estate investing and I'm trying to build out my team. With that said, I've spoken to a few mortgage brokers and none of them really have experience looking at lending from an investors lens. Does anyone have any recommendations? I would prefer in Ohio but wouldn't mind someone out of state as well. Thanks for your help!
