Hello all, I am a 21-year-old UNC Charlotte Student and Army Cadet about to graduate and commission in mid-May. I have plans to house hack when I report to Fort Benning Georgia in late October. The thing is I have 5 months between now and I need to figure out what to do with.
I have a basic knowledge of REI and would love to get connected with someone in the area to partner with on a rental property or a flip. Any feedback/connections would be greatly appreciated.
