Great call on the local meetups. I’ll definitely check out Meetup and see what’s happening in my area. I hadn’t considered reaching out to a realtor this early on, but that actually makes a lot of sense for getting a clearer picture of the local market.

I'm brand new to real estate investing, and I'm excited (and a little nervous!) to dive in and learn everything I can—especially about multi-family properties, which is where I plan to focus most of my efforts.

Right now, I’m in the early stages of raising investment capital. While that process unfolds, I’m dedicating my time to soaking up as much knowledge as possible, connecting with experienced investors, and building a strong foundation for long-term success.

I’m here to grow, ask good questions, and contribute however I can along the way. I’d love to connect with others who’ve walked this path—especially anyone involved in multifamily deals, partnerships, or creative financing.

I’m truly grateful to be part of such a vibrant and generous community. I’m looking forward to learning from you all—and in time, I hope to pay it forward and encourage others as well.
