I appreciate all the feedback from the local MN investors. I still want to pursue long distance BRRRR because it will force me to build solid systems and not feel obligated to check in on the properties. It's apparent that you want someone trusted to help monitor in the chosen market but that doesn't have to be me.

@Amber Gonion Strategically I am also looking at doing long distance BRRRR so it forces me to build out a strong team and not feel obligated to take on things I won't like, like Property Managing. I would also like to own rentals in a climate that doesn't need snow removal.

Hey all, my name is Will. I live in the Minneapolis metro area which isn't ideal for BRRRR so I am looking for potential markets to long distance invest. Anyone in the forum long distance BRRRRing, how did you work your way through picking a market?

I have done some market analysis (spreadsheet attached if anyone want to use it for their own purposes)

I feel like I might be overthinking it a bit but want to hear how others decided on their market. Thanks!
