Hello good people!

I was curious if anyone had any great & affordable real estate attorney contacts to consult for LLC setup? One of the things that I'm running into, is trying to figure out how to setup entity structures to avoid the $800 CA franchise tax fee for every LLC you open (regardless if it's in-state or out-of-state). It would be great to avoid this as I wouldn't want this to keep adding up as we start acquiring more deals and creating new LLC's and paying that price each time! Any clarity on this would be great!

Hi Justina!

Just out of curiousity, were you able to meet your goal in saving and purchasing your first rental property? Curious on any updates and how you were able to execute on it as I am also on a similar boat reading on this.

Hope all is well and thanks!

True. I actually have my budget in Excel.  I use it most often. I receive notifications from Mint when I have unusual spending.

Another thing that I think I may do is to earn income online. I need something flexible since I work full time. In order to begin investing journey I know I need to be in a good position (no credit card debt and 20k cash saved). That's the goal I will keep in mind.

Post: Investing in Orange County Area

Hello!

My name is William and I have decided to embark into the world of real estate investment! I currently live in the Orange County (Irvine), and am looking to buy a home soon. Understanding that the market here is crazy high and not necessarily attainable for myself who barely has $10,000... I am wondering on what some of the investment strategies being used in the Orange County niche? Would it even be better for a beginner investor like myself to look outside of the area?

Any information and feedback would be appreciated, thank you!
