Hi all,

I just wanted to give a quick intro my name is Will and my background is mostly in IT. I've been doing big business IT work since I was 18 and I'm 34 now. I've help deploy loads of servers, websites and all sorts of shenanigans across the interwebs. If its technology related and you can't figure it out. I'm probably your guy, if not I'll take it apart and have it figured out in about a day.

In my adventures and travels in my life I was able to buy a house in Texas when I was 25 or so using my VA loan (Prior military) and since then turn it into a rental. A few years ago I acquired another home located in Oregon and turn that into a rental aswell. Since then I've sold the Oregon home, and gave most of that money to my father as he was able to help out some of that down payment. Now its time to sell that house Texas after several years of being a land lord. I'm not going to have a heep of money but some money once it sells and I'd to go all in and start investing in flipping houses. That's after we get the current renter out of the house *queue the circus music*. Estimated to happen this month.

With that said I'm complete newb at flipping houses. I've been doing some lurking and watching the podcasts and it seems like a partner/mentor is the best way to go. I'm not asking for on yet.

I'm currently located in Washington State and looking for someone reputable to take me under their wing.

So once again Hey all!

And where do I start?

-Will
