Hi all,

With the Coronavirus reaction pushing the Fed's interest rate to 0% I'm looking at refinancing our existing USAA VA home loan into a 30 year conventional. Anyone have any experience with doing this?

Our did but it was a complete accident. Like so many there we stumbled into investing by moving and renting our previous primary residence. CAP rate of 6.9!

@Brandon Metz I’m in the same boat. Looking at Chase since you can get a standard Business Account with no fees if you’re a vet.

@Glen Sutherland how’s your project going? I’m also looking at breaking into the Huntsville market. Are you rehabbing it yourself or using a contractor? Any unexpected zoning or licensing issues???

@Colby Easterling I bought my first house through USAA. Had no issues with the loan officer but the appraiser took the maximum amount of time to knock out the appraisal. I think flash to bang we were in the house within 30 days which I think is pretty quick
