I am looking to get a sanity check on the prices of some electrical work for a 3 family house in Boston.

First, I need to completely rewire 2 of the apartments.   They are 3 bedroom 1100 square feet apartments with a kitchen, laundry room, 3br, 1 bath and a living room.   I am looking for basic rewiring to code, arc faults all around and GFCI in bathroom, kitchen and laundry where needed.  Gas appliances.  Lighting is simple, center lights nothing fancy.   The walls of both apartments are open so easy wiring access.  Each apartment will have a subpanel run up from the basement.  What is a reasonable price for rewiring each apt.?

Second, I am looking to upgrade the service into the building.  It currently is 60amp service which I want to upgrade to 100amp.  Currently the panels are in the basement.  I want to move all 3 apartment panels outside (and get new panels) and upgrade to 100amps.  The public panel is new and can stay in the basement.
