Bret, welcome! I'm also just starting out but focused around the pan-handle of Florida. I lived in the Dayton area for four years. I have a good friend of mine who is a real estate lender in the Cincinnati area. If you'd like to run some numbers I could give you his contact info. Again, welcome and best of luck.

Hello! I'm new to the real estate business but motivated and excited. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force but only have two more years until retirement. I am settling down in Florida and will be operating/investing there. I currently have one property in California which is doing good and look forward to building my assets. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any advice/tips for a new investor, as I know this will be so much different then the military life I have lived for the past 18 years. Again, it's a pleasure to be part of this new adventure with you all and look forward to hearing from you.
