I am looking for a strong RE Agent specializing in STR or mid Term Rentals in Cape Coral to Fort Meyers area. I have my first in Carolina Beach and have been looking for others but the market is crazier than anywhere I have seen. I am hungry for my next which will be a house hack for at least a year with my wife. We sold in Pompano Beach and are free to buy now. I would like to connect with someone to discus or know of a group on BP I can communicate with. I just lost one in Wilmington which I offered 50K over asking and put up $50K in due diligence and easnest and lost by over $100K. On to the next one. I am ready!Thanks

Thanks for the info Reid I would love to connect and speak to you about it. I was originally going to look outside of CHS in Summerville or MP. I think those are mostly communities not geared for STR. I was looking to purchase a SFH and then look for an investment property. I am now looking to have a nice House Hack situation with the primary unit good for my wife and I.

I am looking into the Charleston area for a house hacking Airbnb situation. I understand there are a lot of areas that prohibit STR. Does anyone have suggestions or would like to connect so I can get an idea. I am looking for a nice primary residence with a rentable unit preferably detached but not a requirement. Any thoughts or help would be great

I am currently selling my primary residence in South FL.and ready to begin my portfolio if the numbers are right. I am looking for opinions of the area, advice, and the right people to begin to identify a possible team that I can trust and work long term. I am looking Summerville and Mt Pleasant for my residence but willing to invest in the outlying B=/C+ areas. Unless the opportunity presents itself I will be going conventional vs. house hack. But I am open to the right deal and situation.
