Hello guys , I'm new to the house hacking method , and I got some questions hope you guys can answer some of them , I have a 3 be 2 ba SFH and I want to rent the 2 extra rooms , but I don't know if I gotta have my future roommates sing a lease ? Have them pay for an application? Do a background check? And the last how do I figure out the monthly rent on each room ? Thank you in-advance , and I'm sorry for the bother
