Hey fellow BPers,

I understand some folks like to set up a LLC for each of their rental properties and name them based on the address e.g. 123 Main Street, LLC. I would like to follow this naming structure -- my question is around the timeline of events for doing so. I don't see how this can be done before buying when you don't know what you'll eventually buy. Is it done during? If done after, would that invoke any transfer tax? Any insight would be much appreciated.
