How do i need to manage my taxes on the rentals? All the rentals are currently long terms. 

Do you suggest me to go to an accountant to consult ?

I am also looking to invest my first rental property. But i do see on the prices keep rising and rising on the west. My parents live there as well.

I was planning to start somewhere but do not know which route.
Thats why i chose to do slightly different and look for more creative side.
Now you have give me an note and i will start to looking on deals.
And look if i can present them to the experience investors.

I am happy to introduce myself. My name is William Yang, I am 21 years old from Aruba the caribbean and now living in the Netherlands to finish my school (Fianancial Administration).
