We are trying to buy a condo to live in/ renovate and eventually rent out. While selling our existing home. Our existing home has about $80,000.xx equity. I was laid off of work last year and decided to start my own business as an independant rep in my field.Sofar so good.

Any suggestions as to how do I get the bank/mortgage lender to look at us selling our existing home while funding the new condo? Equity  line of credit? Home Equity loan? I'll need a mortgage on the new home. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Has anyone financed a rental property based on rental income only? No W2's

I have purchased land and now need to build a home. Any advice is greatly appreciated as how to go about getting financing for the home while its being built and then how to convert a construction loan to a mortgage. Are there perferred lenders for this?
