Did Bigger pockets change their app? We upgraded and the app didn't transfer to new phone and it's telling me in App Store it's no longer available. 

@Simmy Ahluwalia we wanted to refi our primary house to lower payments and accelerate our savings to start rehab and renting. We are new to bigger pockets.

@Simmy Ahluwalia I tried my local bank and also Gateway mortgage. Wife and I are truck drivers so we own our truck. I have been driving for 22 yrs but We have 2 yrs of owning our truck, but only one 1099 until Jan so we can have 2 full 1099’s

@Simmy Ahluwalia my primary house. It’s 5.5 I owe 95,000 I want a lower interest rate and lower payments

I’ve tried my local bank and Gateway Mort. And been denied. We have 750 and above and have great 1099 income. Can someone recommend a bank ? Or institution ?
