Yes sir.  Take half of your rent and apply to expenses and it should still cash flow.

Brandon talks about the 50% rule.  If it doesn’t meet the criteria, be patient cause it’s not a good time to buy...

Thanks Ryan.  I live in Columbia, SC and I want to learn more about being a successful wholesaler.  I own a few rental properties and I have owned a couple of them for over 10 years now.  I have done a couple of flips, but I am ready to do more.  I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with more than 10 plus years in the industry.  I work another job and have been there for more than 20 years, so I have been saving aggressively.  Looking to network and invest more time into my business.  I work from home now, so I have a lot more time on my hands.  Started a new subscription with Audible and listened to the book on negotiating real estate by J Scott and found his interview on BP.  I have been listening to all of the podcasts daily now.

Hello all, I am new to BP and I am listening to all of the podcasts from the beginning.  Thanks for housing the older podcasts OAN.  I heard mention there is a way to introduce yourself and tell where you are from. Please tell me where do I do that.  Thanks...
