@Christine Z. just a thought. But if tenants have no plans on leaving and if they always pay on time . Two big ifs. Maybe pitch to sell to them with owner financing . Just a thought . Figure I’d throw it out there. Good luck either way.

Hi everyone , I've got a quick question. If you were to have a silent partner who would be the money for the deal. What would be the ideal terms for both parties.
1)how long of an agreement? Flip and Rental
2)points
3)pros and cons
4)percentage split
Thanks for any input

Hi Guys,
I just recently bought my second property. I now own a 2 family and a single family. Both are investment property's. My next step I'm not sure of. I keep hear conflicting things. Everything I hear tho is from parties that don't do this for a living. My question is what's next. Do I start an LLC?
Maybe a management company ? I am going to manage these property's myself. What did you guys do or what would you do? Thank you for an advice.

Thanks Michael B. I've heard about the liability insurance. I think it's a smart move . But I do also agree with Kenneth garret . My concern is more of an asset protection. Definitely going to look up Mark Kohler on YouTube. Thank you guys for the feedback.

I'm buying rental properties in NC. I was wondering if there is a preferred way to run them. Weather it be by llc each one? Keeping them in your name? Tax reasons as well . Any pros and cons would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
