Happy Monday! If you are looking to invest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and you need a wholesale agent to help you find off-market deals, feel free to shoot me a message. I work with NetWorth Realty, we are a national wholesale brokerage and we get about 25 deals a month here in DFW alone. Disclaimer: We sell our properties at 78-80% of ARV minus repairs. If this works for you give me a holla!

Yes, you read that correctly. Reach out today for more info on a 34 lot package deal that we have under contact in Mabank, TX. Lots of new builds going up in the neighborhood. Close access to Cedar Creek Lake makes this an ideal short term rental investment!  Basic closing costs on us.

Good Afternoon,

I work for a real estate company here in DFW called NetWorth Realty. We specialize in distressed real estate. We buy houses in as-is, where is condition, then sell them in the same condition to ladies and gentlemen just like yourself. You do the repairs and then put it back on market for rent or sale, which ever you are looking to do.

If you have never heard of NetWorth Realty or are interested in joining an exclusive list of cash/hard money buyers please give me a call. (817) 646 9560

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum. I have listened to Bigger Pockets for quite some time now and finally decided to get on here because I current own a home in California, but I want to buy a 2nd house out of state. I was thinking Arkansas, Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan. If anyone else has suggestions on states they have rental properties and is working well, please let me know. I would like to start buying a rental property in early 2024. I just wanted to get started to choose a state, starting looking at it more and hopefully start to talk to get approved for a loan and start to talk to a real estate agent.

Thanks,
Miguel Suarez

Texas, Texas, Texas. More specifically, Dallas-Fort Worth. High GDP growth over the last 4 years with very stable home prices. Job market in DFW is also strong.

Goodmorning, Off market two parcels of land combining to a total of 13.26 acres -- $1m PP Lot 1: 4232 Corral Dr, Dallas - 8.69 Acres or 378,536 sq.ft Lot 2: 4212 Corral Dr, Dallas - 4.57 Acres or 199,069 sq.ft This is a great subdivide and develop play. Should be able to subdivide into roughly 50 lots and build New single family homes. Adjoining lots of done the same and developed an entire subdivision. Survey available. Currently a single family structure is present on one of the lots. We do have utilities as well.

Are you an agent or a wholesaler?   Agents are normally licensed.  That's what we think when we see the word "agent".  Most wholesalers are not licensed.  Can be, but normally not.   You might want to make that clarification.

There is a place here on BP to post your deals...so I would start there.

I am both--a licensed real estate agent and wholesaler. Is classifieds the only place where we're allowed to post deals?

Just curious. Who and how are you networking with?  Are you joining BNI, local chambers of commerce, or other networking groups?  Or are have you joined a mastermind?

just getting started. I’ve started a database of potential homes, already sent out a few letters, and will be making calls next week.

Try your local facebook groups. A lot of wholesalers and investors are on these groups looking to do disposition and acquisition.

@Will Samuel I would suggest you complete your profile and show your brokerage and your experience.

 That's good advice, will do.
