Hi all,

I was told to focus on the "escrow only states" for wholesaling because some states require an attorney and I was told to stay away from those states for now since I am new. I did some research and found out so far that AL, DE, GA, MA, NY, NC, SC are the states that require an attorney. Am I missing any other states that require an attorney for wholesaling?
