Hello BiggerPockets Community!
I am so excited to be here. I have been in my REI education stage now for about 6 weeks and I am ready to take that next step of ACTION! I was considering a guru course and that is why I am so happy I found BP.
I am looking to start in the rehab side of the business. My dad has done a flip and I plan on using him as my project manager while I work on finding him deals. We are looking for deals in the McHenry County Area.
We are motivated to make some deals and look forward to meeting you.
