Sorry but short post here. I wrote some long explanation before, tried to preview and text got wiped.

Is this a valid investment?

$50,000 investment + $10,000 for use of the money over 8 yrs 4 months. Payments made monthly of $600 for the entire duration.

Property as collateral, purchase price $70,000.

So, Investor gets $100/month for use of their money over 8+ years...
