Brandon Turner I was unable to find comps or solds on it. The only thing I had to go on was brand new Mobile Homes with similar materials but, that is not too accurate.

I am interested in rehabbing/wholesaling a mobile home. I feel as though I am getting a good deal but, I am unsure as to what the current market value on the property is. The only thing I have to go on is the bill of sale from 1 year ago. Please help!
