Thanks @Aaron Yates! I definitely will continue to move forward. I would like to venture into the suburbs but Detroit is a gold mine for generating quick returns! Only issue is that you have to be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty sometimes... due to the city's issues. I view these issues as being similar to most major cities... some are willing to deal, some aren't.

Hi everyone... I'm new to BP (but since joining) I have been taking full advantage of submerging myself into all of these great articles! Even though i have always had a passion for real estate I am fairly new to investing. I currently own 3 investment properties and will be acquiring more (sooner than later I hope!)

A few things that i want to gain from BP are learning about great networking opportunities, gain valuable contacts for contractors to rehab homes in detroit and to learn alot of cool stuff about R.E.!!!

Any advice for the new guy!??
