Thought it is important to let people know that Bill and Kim Cook are in San Clemente California this Saturday teaching about how to structure real estate deals.
They are really good at this and certainly worth going to see and learn.
They have a couple others scheduled around the country, but this Saturday they are in San Clemente. Rare opportunity. If you can, you should go see them. 
Do a google search on them. They are legit.

I am the owner of Arvani Properties LLC, based out of San Diego California. We are a full time Real Estate investment and Note buying company. We are focused on Rehabbing RE and buying and fixing Non-Performing Notes on properties across the US.
