@Bill Brown yes Bill you're cou there to my knowledge so far I think I have to do the drywall, insulation, wiring, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and base boards

@Chris Seveney thanks for responding Chris yes the numbers work however it's a little far to travel for me to do the rehab. I think to just sell as is may be my best option

Yes Daniel I have an investment property that I think is going to be a great long term hold and was thinking of offering two positions for equity partners.
I understand the way to go about this is to add both partners as members of the LLC and have monies settle and disbursed from escrow account
