Bid on the county steps. And I'm in Washington. I've never been to an auction. But from what I can tell it's the most appealing for cost and I am a general contractor so I'm looking for houses that need rehab

 I'm a new investor and was thinking about starting with foreclosures. Is there any tips or advice on where to start or if it's even a good avenue to go down.
