Las Pinas, Metro Manila is a beautiful place, I google it and I have learned something new about another place. I'm sure with it being the National Capital a lot of opportunities are there.  By it being the most populous region in the Philippines, it is truly a beautiful place.

That would be a good incentive for me to acquire some cash flow to visit there one day.  "smile!"

I appreciate your remarks and will truly take it to heart that I'm in the right place.  Yes, I was in there reading some of the info.  Very interesting, and what I am realizing is the most important thing is to sell one's self.  If upon getting educated to what one must do, I feel is a step above but to have a knowledge of communicating and understanding the needs all around the board, have that confidence I think It would be a good endeavor to pursue.  I am going to learn and I will apply.  I do hope to hear from you again.

I have a passion for investing and I believe that everyone deserves a home to live in. I want to combine the two to make a better place in this world for families and to make money in the process.  I hope to become a part of a whole to make that happen.  I am eager to learn and apply.  I'm looking for properties, wholesale, foreclosure, bank own or for sale by owners to possibly invest in. I find rehab or interior design and staging of interest also.  I would like to cover Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, and Michigan maybe even Florida.  Love to meet those who think the same way and we can make it easier for each other as time passes.  Good to be a part of BiggerPockets community and thank you for having me.
