Hey guys, I’m a 22 year old who Lives in California in a small town about 6 hours away from LA and have zero experience in real estate. I recently inherited some money and was looking to invest it. My goal is to one day have a passive income and not have to work a 9-5. Anyways I have around 30k to invest....I know it’s not much but it’s something. What I was wondering is where should I start, what kind of real estate should I be looking for and who are some people I should consult with first. Thanks in advance!
