Great question. You were reading my mind Jaycee! I did the research and I could get 1250 for a 3 bedroom in my city which would help with the COC. I put in a low rental just to be safe but after thinking it through Section 8 would be better! I got a quote from a very reputable company on the repairs. They looked at the inspection report I paid for so we are pretty confident we know the true condition of the home...inspection report was VERY thorough. He qoted me 26k and I rounded up to 30K...What you think?
