Hi All,

I am a new RE investor from NJ. I have worked on a few acquisitions of multifamily properties in NJ and would like to purchase some real estate in Phoenix metro area. My goal is to move there once I stabilize my properties in NJ. Would love to connect with some local investors in the area.

Best,

Yaro

@Andrew McElroy Hi Andrew, I live in the same area as you and I know it’s difficult to find a good deal in Northern NJ, but I’m closing on my first property and have found good deals for a bunch of close friends. I think you have to look at the criteria a little more and make sure you run the numbers on a bunch of deals. Feel free to message me if you wanna go into it further

@Joe P. Unfortunately there isn’t many multifamily properties under $600k in Bergen/Hudson county. If you run the numbers on enough properties you can find one that works

@David Boatman That’s my dream car too, but I would do the same thing as you. Congrats on the success!
