@Russell Brazil thank you for your reply. I wholeheartedly agree with you on everything. I do have access to the Mls but a lot of times properties are taken up so quickly, I'd rather work with a realtor who is certified in shortsales etc., or has pocket listings that they could forward me before they're listed. My old realtor literally sent me a few properties before giving up. I wasn't asking for multi unit and that's all she kept sending me along with her just not understanding our side of the business.

I'd love to chat more with you in person, or over the phone. If I can send you a credibility packet along with our criteria that'd be great. Bring a realtor myself I do value everyone's time.

Hi Russell,

I'm looking for flips throughout DC and MD. Investor friendly meaning, a realtor whose open minded and understanding of our business. 'Be seen realtors freak at the idea of a wholesale thinking it's illegal, or after I reject a few of the properties they send me over they give up on me. looking for great pocket listings!!

Hi! My husband and I started our real estate investment business in July. Since then we've taken tons of training, attended networking events, and even started our direct mail campaign. We are looking for realtors that are investor friendly and open minded to this type of business. We are investing in Washington DC, MD, and VA. Any advice on where or how to target these realtors??
