How are you doing?
I am totally new in the real estate investment, a few days ago I started a 90-day challenge / commitment with BP Facebook group. One of my goal is to find a buyer for a mixed property.
The property has 3 apartments, 1 office, 1 church and an annual net income of $71,374. The total expenses are $10.826. Price is 1.350mil. (negotiable)
