Hi everyone,
My name is Yoav. I'm originally from Switzerland but I've been living in NYC for 6 months now.
I want to invest in real estate and I'm just getting started. I discovered BP through the podcast, which led me to a lot of material to listen and read through. I'm actually finishing 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' right now and I understand why it's had such an impact on many of you.
The reasons I'm interested in RE:
1) I want to start investing early. I'm in my early 20s, lucky enough to be debt-free. Telling myself I need to start now is one thing, doing it is another. Hopefully, this introduction will be one more 'push' for me to get started.
2) I like to work with people.
3) RE feels more 'real' and engaging than the stock market.
4) I want the financial freedom.
What do you think? Any other book recommendation? Any NYC area investors out there? Feel free to comment/connect/say hi!
