Hey all,

I am currently looking into properties with JWB and would love hear about you recent developments with Jax Investments before pulling the plug. New properties are currently in the $180K for 4/2 and would only offer 5-6% COC return, with IRR of ~10% based on my math.

I would love to get your opinion if this is something you would pursue/would you recommend 

- A different vendor in Jacksonville area you've had recent success with?

- Different location worth investigating?
