Hey everyone,

I am currently working as an analyst at a large commercial real estate firm in Austin, TX where I am working on investment sales and debt/equity placement deals.

My goal is to leverage my experience at my job and start investing in real estate on my own. I would like to have my first income property (most likely a duplex, triplex, or quadplex) within 5 years (I am only 22 right now).

I would love to get to know other investors, through BP and in Austin.

Please feel free to pass along any advice or stories on how y'all got your first property!
