Hi,

I have been told a few times by fellow investors, that if I want to keep a low Property Tax payment, I should consider buying the LLC that owns the property instead of buying the property itself.

Does anyone have experience in the matter? Is that legit? Is it legal? Anything I should keep in mind?

Hi,

Pretty new to real estate syndications and was wondering if anyone has a copy of an NDA I can have lenders and professionals sign before I send them any of my real estate deals?

Hi guys,

New to the topic of syndication!

Was wondering what the process is for getting a loan for a new LLC formed for the sole purpose of doing a syndicate deal?

Do they not want to see any history?

@Scott M. I am looking to start my company in NY. I am aware that I am required to carry a brokers license, but I have heard of the possibility of outsourcing the brokers services…..so I was wondering if anyone has heard of anything like that?

@Drew Sygit thank you for the response. I am actually thinking of starting a management company…..not for my own properties…..

Hi Guys!

I have heard it’s possible to have a property management company without a real estate broker license. (I have heard of a possibility to outsource your real estate activities)

I would really look forward in hearing from people that have knowledge in the matter.

Please don’t be shy to reach out :)

Hi,

Looking to speak to an experienced rental property investor in the south Florida area. Have a few questions I would love to ask.

Beginner real estate investor in Florida looking to network with fellow investors. I have a a few questions that I would love to discuss with someone who’s been in the field for some time. Let me know if you’d like to connect and speak on the phone :)

@Andrew Postell

Sorry for the late response. I’m still getting the hang of this website!

Wow this was actually super helpful!

The point you made about me always being able to pay my mortgage early if I want is actually a great point! Taking the 30 year mortgage will leave me the choice of really deciding down the line whether to pay it off early or ride it out! (With of course losing a bit of money on interest...but that’s better than taking a huge risk)
