I'm looking for future investments and would like to find some information from people who already have experience with these markets.

What are some regulations I should be aware of and how to find this information?  example:
* I know that Madrid has some high tax on the rent for expats, around 25% so I've heard.

What are the notions as outlook of the markets, does it feel like a safe place for investments?
Are there any number to back up such notions?

I would love to hear any tips from you guys on one of these markets, let's chat!

I’m a foreigner that want to Invest in real estate properties in the USA. I have some money that I would like to put into multiple properties and thus I would need some financing and would like to know more about the financing options I will have.

What financing tools will I have as a foreigner? And what do I need to do to be qualified for financing?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

I feel as if investing through reits will not teach me the "feel" of sitting down, closing a deal, knowing the details of the deal, the human aspect of it and learning more... it's more putting my money in the hands of others.

I guess you see this kind of posts everyday so I'll try not to waste any of your time too much guys.

I'm Yosi, 31yo with ~190K$, no experience in real estate just yet but I'm keen on learning and I know this will be MY way of financial freedom.

To educate myself, I'm here reading your posts, reading the guides and listening to the podcasts but I still have zero experience in the field my self.

My goal/mission is to reach a net income of 3K$ in rental money. My vehicles for this goal will probably be - leveraging bank money to buy multi properties, like a multi-family house/apt, possibly more than 1 of those. The second vehicle will probably be a REIT since I don't think I can handle managing more properties (I have a 9-5, good income job).

An important detail is - I want to invest in other markets then my local market, so it will happen abroad, probably USA or Europe.

First, I would like to ask - assuming my goals above, do you think it's possible or am I way too optimistic?

Second - Going abroad, investing "remotely" what will be your first steps? Say you travel to that country, look around at a few assets - do you get a local lawyer? how are you familiarizing yourself with market? and laws and such...

I appreciate any feedback and hope I was to the point
