Hi my name is You Jung living in Advance NC.

How you guys doing?  

Im so happy to start this and so exiting now 

I always think about this journey and finally did this year!

I bought one house and rent out already(I paid too much and rented out too low..i realized after read some books haha..dummy) and just closed another deal last week for flip and waiting my fund(equity loan) from local bank(they are sooooo slow..)... Start was not bad but im almost stuck with get funding(I paid all with my cash)  so now probably need to find lending company for investors.(little bit scare to use them) My biggest obstacle now is to find solution about funding.

if any advice or recommend are welcome especially funding company for new dummy investor 

this site is so Huge and a lot of info...for a while im digging here and there...whenever see me say hello!!
