I am thinking about the East End Rocky Point, Sound Beach Area

Not so much Wading River or Shoreham because not many rent, but rather own there.

As a German Architect I moved a few years ago to Long Island New York and although coming from a Real Estate Family, there are many things I have to relearn and will gladly do so.

Everything to do with Residential Real Estates, particularly in Long Island NY is under my radar.

By (renovate) and hold is most familiar to me.
