Hi Rhondalette, congratulations on your 3rd! I don't own anything at the moment. We sold our investment property in FL a month ago. and now looking for a 2-4 unit in IL to house-hack, to begin with.

Hi! Even though my husband and I have been investing for a few years, I consider myself a beginner as I never really learned much about investing in real estate until I found this website. I lived in a few countries and states, and now settled in IL. I have a full time job, so investing is something I do on the side. I like having an additional income, I like to crunch numbers, I like when my kids are with me when I go see properties so they learn business at early age, and I like to be a part of this game.
