So I'm looking to get started in real estate investing (Long Term Rentals) and I want to start with a partner to finance deals for the downpayment and use a private money lender.
So My Question is What should I do to incentive a partner to finance the deal should I offer a percent of the cash flow(if so what percent?) of the property monthly till I pay them off and offer some equity of the property when I go to sell or refinance the property what's the best way or ways you've set your terms with a partner financing deals and using private money lender?
