Hello everyone, I just closed escrow today on an apartment building in San Bernandino, CA and I was wondering if anybody has worked with a good property management company they recommend or a bad one they recommend staying away from. I am also, looking for a good and reliable handyman that works in the area. Hello everybody in BP! 

My name is Yvonne. I'm a double time mother to 2 year old twins and a 12 year old, a full time wife and a part time registered nurse. I've stumbled upon this awesome website that provides so much great info and inspirations. I started to help manage my mother's properties when she became sick with cancer.  Now I would like to follow my mother's foot steps and start investing in real estate also. I'm looking to invest in multifamily and apartments in California. I plan to hold these properities for passive income for the time being because I'm quite busy with the twins. I'm currently looking for a real estate / asset protection lawyer in the LA area. If anybody knows a good lawyer please let me know.
