Hi Everyone, I appreciate all the advice and insightful input each of you have given to a novice investor in the MTR space like me! Just as a quick update - I ended up going with the majority and listing my property as the entire rental (due to ease of management, less issues with potential roommate drama, single bathroom, etc.). Not too much after long I posted the listing I was able to secure a tenant for a 5-month stay! Looking forward to learning as much as I can on here and continuing to grow my RE portfolio!

Hi Everyone,
I'm a new property owner/landlord in the MTR space trying to get my property rented ASAP (ideally to traveling nurses/medical professionals/corporate professionals). I want to know if people have had more success listing their entire property for rent versus renting by the room? I have a spacious 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment (1500 sq ft). I'm sure each person has their preference, but I'm curious to know what people's experiences have been and if they have seen differences in vacancy rates using one vs the other. My property is currently listed on Airbnb, FF, and Vrbo as the entire apt. Any advice would help, thank you in advance!
